At Kockos, we aim to provide a secure and seamless shopping experience for all our customers. We accept major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Payment Process
Full payment is required before any order is processed and shipped. Once your order is placed, a standard authorization check will be performed to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your payment method will be charged once the authorization is approved.

As many of our items are made to order or personalized, production begins only after your payment has been successfully confirmed.

To complete a purchase, simply proceed through checkout using the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” options. You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to finalize your transaction via credit card or PayPal. All payments are safely processed through encrypted channels to protect your financial information.

Refund Policy
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout, whether PayPal or credit/debit card.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if the return is not due to an error on our part. Refunds are typically processed within 14 calendar days after the returned item is received and inspected.
