Thank you for shopping with Kockos. We truly hope you’re happy with your purchase — but if something doesn’t feel quite right, don’t worry. Our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, fair, and customer-friendly.

What Can Be Returned

We gladly accept returns for most items if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.
  • The item is sent back in its original packaging.
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Items that don’t meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to accept it — but please feel free to reach out, as exceptions may apply in special cases.

How to Start a Return

To start your return, simply email us at support@kockos.com with the following details:

  • Your order number and full name
  • A short explanation of why you’re returning the item
  • Proof of purchase
  • A photo or video of the product (especially if it’s damaged or incorrect)

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 72 hours and reply with clear next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Here’s how return shipping works:

  • If you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item, Kockos will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (such as wrong size, or change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid any lost packages.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that:

  • Arrived damaged or defective
  • Were the wrong size or product
  • Have manufacturing issues

To request an exchange, contact us at support@kockos.com with a short note and a few photos — our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the product is received back at our facility, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or denied.
  • Returned items must fully meet the eligibility requirements to receive a refund or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns on Final Sale, Custom Orders, or Gift Cards, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • If an item is returned used, worn, or missing packaging/tags, we may charge a restocking fee or deny the return.
